That's my story, and I'm sticking to it

You see, what had happened is this. The lake was high and cold, so we couldn't go swimming in it or even ride in the boat. Grand had made these oatmeal raisin cookies (well, actually, she just cooked them...Pillsbury made them). Anyway, I had two cookies in a zip lock and my sister had two in a ziplock. I was taking some to Aunt Sue and Anna was taking some to Uncle Jimmy. Anyway, Grand helped us across the street and when I got to Aunt Sue's driveway, a giant gorilla jumped out and stratched my face....you can see how traumatic it was for me! It didn't take much for me to defeat him right away, and if you think I look bad, you should SEE that gorilla!

Grand says it didn't happen that way at all but that I started running in the driveway to get the cookies to Aunt Sue, who was sitting on her porch swing. My Crocs made me slip on the rocks and I went down face first, ate some gravel. That's Grand's explanation for the scratches on my face, but I like the gorilla story a lot better and I'm sticking to it!
