I just made the first two loaves of Amish Friendship Bread from the starter that Jen gave us on Christmas Day. It sure smells heavenly. I can't wait to taste it...in a few minutes.
Thanks, Jen for the starter. I hope I can find a home for the rest of the starter...and keep up with the baking every 10 days. I did some reading about it though and learned that you don't REALLY have to bake it every 10 days if you don't want to.
Anybody need/want any starter?

I will take some more starter. We gave a loaf to Cameron's family but he kept it for himself! I'll pick it up next week if you could smash it until then. :)
