FedEx...not a fan!

Just a warning to those I love...be aware that if you choose a delivery option entitled, "FedEx 2day indirect," you are in for a wait. I placed my order for my new phone last Thursday night and selected this free (yes, it IS free...so, as usual, you get what you pay for) delivery option. Well, it's Monday evening, almost 6:00 pm, and I don't have my phone yet. Now I realize that I have "put off" ordering a smartphone for MONTHS, having been eligible for an upgrade 7 months ago; so I don't really have a leg to stand on with my impatience. BUT once I ordered it, I WANT MY PHONE. It doesn't take long for them to post the charge to your account though, does it?

Also, when I go to the TRACKING service online, it hasn't posted a single location for my package for 2 days and the only location on the tracking site is Memphis, Tennessee. One would think that I could at least see that the package is in Greensboro or Raleigh.

What can BROWN do for you?

PS...in case you were thinking of mentioning it, Columbus Day is not a FedEx holiday, according to their website.
